Day of the month to the 10th have special names .
一日 - １日 - ついたち - tsui tachi - first day of the month - первое (1-ое)
二日 - ２日 - ふつか - fustuka - second day of the month - второе (2-ое)
三日 - ３日 - みっか - mikka - third day of the month - третье (3-ое)
四日 - ４日 - よっか - yokka - forth day of the month - четвёртое (4-ое)
五日 - ５日 - いつか - itsuka - fifth day of the month - пятое (5-ое)
六日 - ６日 - むいか - muika - sixth day of the month - шестое (6-ое)
七日 - ７日 - なのか - nanoka - seventh day of the month - седьмое (7-ое)
八日 - ８日 - ようか - youka - eighth day of the month - восьмое (8-ое)
九日 - ９日 - ここのか - kokonoka - ninth day of the month - девятое (9-ое)
十日 - １０日 - とおか - tooka - tenth day of the month - десятое (10-ое)
Starting from the 11th , to the number added 日（にち）"day" .
Exceptions are :
１４日 - 十四日 - じゅうよっか - jyuu yokka - fourteenth day of the month - четырнадцатое (14-ое)
２０日 - 二十日 - はつか - hatsuka -twentieth day of the month - двадцатое (20-ое)
２４日 - 二十四日 - にじゅうよっか - ni jyuu yokka - twenty-fourth day of the month (24-ое)
Memorizing names of days of the month by the similarity of sound can be good idea .
Group 1 -
４日 - 四日 - よっか - YOKKA - forth day of the month - четвёртое (4-ое)
８日 - 八日 - ようか - YOUKA - eight day of the month - восьмое (8-ое)
１４日 - 十四日 - じゅうよっか - jyuu YOKKA - fourteenth day of the month - четырнадцатое (14-ое)
２４日 - 二十四日 - にじゅうよっか - ni jyuu YOKKA - twenty-fourth day of the month (24-ое)
Group 2 -
３日 - 三日 - みっか - MIKKA - third day of the month - третье (3-ое)
４日 - 四日 - よっか - YOKKA - forth day of the month - четвёртое (4-ое)
６日 - 六日 - むいか - MUIKA - sixth day of the month - шестое (6-ое)
Group 3 -
２日 - 二日 - ふつか - FUTSUKA - second day of the month - второе (2-ое)
５日 - 五日 - いつか - ITSUKA - fifth day of the month - пятое (5-ое)
２０日 - 二十日 - はつか - HATSUKA - twentieth day of the month - двадцатое (20-ое)
Group 4 -
７日 - 七日 - なのか - NANOKA - seventh day of the month - седьмое (7-ое)
９日 - 九日 - ここのか - KOKONOKA - ninth day of the month - девятое (9-ое)
１０日 - 十日 - とおか - TOOKA - tenth day of the month - десятое (10-ое)
